Credit Administrator

This is not a fixed salary. Credit Administrators earn 15%–25% commission on amounts recovered from eligible defaulted loans. The figure above updates automatically from the live debt collection pool.
What you will do
- Log in as a Soyosoyo SACCO member and apply for the Credit Administrator program.
- After official approval, claim collection cases from the debt collection hub.
- Contact borrowers (call, SMS, or visit) and submit short daily activity logs.
- Receive commission as you help clear defaulted balances (per program rules).
Requirements
- Active Soyosoyo SACCO membership.
- Smartphone and M-Pesa number for commission payout.
- Professional, factual communication with borrowers.
- Accept the debt collection privacy clause when applying.
